Mission: To lift the hearts and souls of men that they might gain the strength and inspiration to lift the lives of others.
Purpose: Build and scale a supportive community that enables men of any age to become better sons, husbands, brothers, fathers, and community leaders by supporting, coaching, and loving one another.

WHY LIFTERS OF MEN?
Men are often defined by a set of expectations that include, but are not limited to leading, providing, fathering, earning and protecting.
There are many pressures that come with upholding these expectations, and as a general rule most men are not comfortable sharing their struggles when times are tough. Instead, they gravitate towards internal strife that puts an enormous burden on their hearts, minds and overall health. As a result, men and boys in society are losing their sense of purpose.
Lifters of Men is an inviting, safe, and confortable outlet for men to come find solace that they are not alone. It's a supportive environment created to lift one another up through faith, friendship, mentoring, coaching, exercise, nutrition, volunteering, and help one another to find their ultimate purpose.
ABOUT US
Lifters of Men started in 2019 as a rumpled group of guys from a CrossFit gym that just wanted to help each other navigate the modern challenges of being a man.
We're now an official 501c3 organization chartered in Georgia, with a couple of fledgling chapters in other states. You'll find many of us at Dwala CrossFit (Marietta), but not all of our Lifters are lifters. We're young and old, blue-collar, white-collar, and no-collar. One thing we all have in common, is an instinctive understanding that to be the best we can be, we need to surround ourselves with men we can count on to challenge and support us.
We believe that strength isn't just physical - it's mental, emotional, and relational. Whether in the gym or in life, we show up for each other, push through challenges, and strive to be better men every day. Lifters of Men is more than a group - it's a movement dedicated to growth, support, and the power of community.
